Who We are
SWIFTEC CONSULTING was founded by George Nemec following 30 years of real life experience with managing technical, business, and accounting data on various data management platforms. While there are numerous specialized software packages designed to handle specific needs and type of information, they often offer limited flexibility to handle unique or interdisciplinary analitical needs that are outside of the scope of these apps. Even today, most of database applications from banking, CRM, inventory management, accounting, engineering, etc. continue to offer data export options in CSV or similar formats to enable custom data analysis in MS Excel or comparable spreadsheet applications.Swiftec's mission is to equip individuals and organizations with skills and tools to master efficient acquisition, management, interpretation and presentation of data, through readily available means, for the purpose of enhancing communication with their peers and stakeholders, expedition of decision making, and cost reduction of their operations.
GEORGE NEMEC is a Master's Degree Graduate from Brno University of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, received Diploma in Business Administration from Open University in United Kingdom and is also a graduate of a Secondary Electro-Technical School with focus on industrial motors, transformers and switchgears.George possesses over 25 years of engineering, business development, sales and executive management experience in the field of mechanical drives, industrial clutches & brakes, couplings and driveshafts, electrical motors and controls, hydrogen fuel cell technology and hydraulics.Throughout his career George has worked with engineers, project managers and operators of a various mechanical equipment in a broad spectrum of industries, including Navy and marine, mining, forestry, wood processing, oil & gas, roller-coasters, stage technology and more.
Besides engineering and industrial marketing, George's team brings over 2 decades of hands-on experience in advanced architecture of Microsoft Excel data models, dashboards, calculators, forms, and reports. In recent years the popular Microsoft spreadsheet platform has undergone many updates and enhancements offering myriad of new functions and optimizations. Swiftec's objective is to assist in implementing the newly re-powered MS EXCEL (and other comparable spreadsheet applications) to free human potential away from wearying laborious activities to creative, productive and highly fulfilling performance.
